Why Cedar
We chose to stay small. About 25 homes total, all within a half-hour drive of our office in Sellwood. That cap is on purpose — it lets us know each property, each owner, and each resident by name. When the dishwasher leaks at 9pm, we know which unit, which appliance, and which plumber to call.
Every listing shows the credit minimum, income multiple, pet policy, co-signer rules, and application fee. You decide before you pay anything.
You can call the office during the day and reach Maren, Theo, or Jules. After hours, the maintenance line is answered live by a person — not a tree.
Between residents we paint, deep clean, replace what is worn, and walk the unit twice. You get the keys to a place that has been looked at recently by humans who care.

Sign the lease online, pay first month plus deposit, pick up keys at the Sellwood office or arrange a meet at the home.
